Darjeeling teas are prized for their delicate flavor and aroma; the liquor ranges in color from golden yellow to rich amber. Darjeeling teas can be floral, nutty, or even have delicate muscat notes. Darjeeling is nestled on the foothills of the Himalayas. The three cropping periods of Darjeeling are termed First Flush, Second Flush, and Autumnal flush.
